Reasons Of Vertical Roller Mill Vibration

In the working process of vertical roller mill, it will have vibration, but these vibrations are belonging to the small scale vibration. When the vertical roller mill machine has problems, it will have serious vibration. Here will introduce the vertical roller mill vibration reasons.

Feeding materials are too large. The materials will be crushed by crusher machine and then enter into the grinding mill. When the materials' hardness is too large and cannot be grinded easily, the materials will be large into the grinding mill. These large scale materials will damage the grinding roller and causing abnormal vibration. The large scale materials will not be grinded timely and it will make the machine vibration.

Vertical roller mill's grinding roller and grinding millstone are worn seriously. The grinding roller wear will make the roller has unbalance force and it can make vibration. The millstone wear will make the materials layer uninform and it also can make vibration.

Operation problems. Grinding pressure is too high or the material layer is too thin will cause the vertical roller mill vibration problem. When you are operating the vertical roller mill, it needs a professional method or it will make the grinding roller and millstone wear. When the vertical roller mill is in normal operation, you need to adjust the material layer thickness and grinding pressure. When you close the mill machine, it needs to put down the pressure till the machine totally close down. If the material layer is too thin, it will cause the materials collision and make vibration.

The materials are too fragile. For some fragile materials, when they enter into the grinding mill, they will be broken down under the grinding function of vertical roller mill and it can cause the breaking material phenomenon. There is no material under grinding roller, the roller will crack on the millstone and make the machine vibration.
