Dry & Wet Sand-making Plant

The common sand making plant technology is divided into dry sand-making and wet sand-making.

1. Dry Sand-making

Common equipment: Vibration feeder + jaw crusher + impact crusher or cone crusher + sand making machine + vibration screen + belt conveyor + flour separator

B. Advantages: Free control of stone powder content, less sand loss, adjustable fineness modulus, and will not cause water pollution.

C. Scope of application: Users with insufficient water resources and requirements for soil content.

2. Wet Sand-making

Common equipment: Vibration feeder + jaw crusher + impact crusher or cone crusher + sand making machine + vibration screen + belt conveyor + sand washing machine

B. Advantages: more environmentally friendly, less dust, low noise, due to the addition of sand washing machine, finished sand will be cleaner, higher application value.

C. Scope of application: For users with sufficient water resources and high requirements for sand grade, it is enough to increase sedimentation tank for sewage discharge.
