Project Profile
The project is mainly used for coal powder preparation and the finished product would be supplied to the local lime kilns. After grasping customer's demand, ZENITH customized a turnkey scheme. The installation and commissioning of LM130M coal grinding system purchased from ZENITH were finished by our technological team.
Technological Analysis
Firstly, belt conveyor sends the coal to crusher. After being crushed, the coal is elevated to the belt conveyor and sent to the raw coal bin further. Then the coal is fed into the grinding cavity. After being ground, the coal gets pulverized and enters to the anti-explosive impulse dust collector. Then, the collected finished coal powder is sent to the storage hopper. Finally, the finished coal powder is transported to the vertical lime kilns as the fuel.
Advantages of Project
Under the trend that traditional coal-fired boilers are being replaced by clean coal powder boilers, the large-scale grinding equipment--- ZENITH's LM vertical mill gets popular. It integrates crushing, grinding, powder separation, drying and conveying. But apart from the special advantages owned by LM Vertical Mill, the another reason why the customer chose us lies in the turnkey service --- a service make customers free from troubles.
EPC Project
1. The EPC service covers all links from geographic inspection, design of production line, test of raw material, analysis of finished product, estimation of investment budget to latter installation and commissioning of equipment.
2. Because the customer had an urgent demand for project delivery, he chose the turnkey service at once after having a clear understanding of it. The service was the key that ensured the achievement of project within 5 months successfully.
Conclusion
