Technological Process

Materials are fed to the large bin of the portable crusher. The feeder under the bin evenly feeds materials into the C6X Jaw Crusher for crushing. Then the materials will be screened by the vibrating screen first, and some finished products will be screened. The rest of large materials will be sent to the HST Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher. After being crushed, materials will be sent to the main belt conveyor on which three specifications of finished products will be screened. The screen mesh can be set according to the specific needs of customers.


1. Short Installation Period

The design of the portable crushing plant is reasonable and simple, which greatly reduces the number of belt conveyor and hopper, and shortens the equipment installation cycle (about 10 days for installation and commissioning).

2. Excellent Particle Type

The main machine of the plant adopts HST Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher which uses fully hydraulic adjustment and LCD operation. Besides, its lamination breaking makes excellent particle type.

3. Low Investment Cost

When producing 100 tons of hard rock, cone portable crusher can do it, which is more economical than the previous two crushers, greatly reducing the number of external belt conveyor, and more convenient to move.
