Background
The client is a local contractor in East Malaysia involved in numerous projects, primarily focused on road repair. Their purchase of ZENITH equipment is mainly for these road repair initiatives. After visiting our local customer sites in Malaysia, they decided to purchase two sets of NK portable crushing plants at once.
Advantages
1. Pre-screen
The vibrating screen following the jaw crusher can directly pre-screen raw materials and the 0-50mm mixture produced after jaw crushing. This can be directly used for crusher run, thereby reducing the load on the cone crusher.
2. Rapid Production
The whole plant adopts overall modular design, and non-concrete foundation installation, making it capable of achieving 24-hour continuous production.
3. Intelligent Control
The production line features multiple functions, including one-click start/stop, fault warnings, and remote status monitoring.
Customer Feedback
The project officially commenced operations in June 2024. Since its launch, the equipment has been running smoothly, with production capacity exceeding expectations. The quality of the finished products has received unanimous praise from the road repair project team.
