Project Profile

Before choosing ZENITH, the customer has already had a production line while the capacity and performance couldn’t achieve his expectations. So he intended to expand it and hoped the capacity could reach 350TPH without changing the layout of existing production Line.

Upgraded Plan

To meet customer’s demand, ZENITH gave such an upgraded plan:

(1)The previous PYB1750 cone crusher was replaced by ZENITH’s S66 Cone Crusher for the secondary crushing while the PYB1750 cone crusher and ZENITH’s HPC220 Cone Crusher were used during the tertiary crushing.

(2)Measuring the land, ZENITH planed the location of motor, the oil tank and the belt conveyor again;

(3)Based on previous steel structure, ZENITH measured the “should-be” length and width of belt accurately.

Pre-sales & after-sales service

(1)Before signing the contract, our sales always live there for 3-4 days. Our engineer has come to their site twice from China.

(2)ZENITH supplied the technical team with services of installation and commission for free.
