System composition

Production process
1. The raw coal is screened through the grid mesh from the raw coal storage yard and falls onto the large-angle belt conveyor or elevator. After the iron is removed by an electromagnetic iron remover, the belt conveyor or elevator sends the raw coal to the raw coal bunker for storage.
2. After the grinding system has been started, open the rod valve at the bottom of the raw coal bin, start the sealing and metering belt coal feeder, and the raw coal enters the grinding mill for drying and grinding.
3. The hot air or exhaust gas from the hot air furnace enters the coal grinding mill under the suction of the system fan, and after sufficient heat exchange with the raw coal being ground in the grinding mill, the coal powder is picked up and sorted at the separator. The coarse coal powder with unqualified fineness falls back onto the grinding disc for grinding, and the qualified coal powder enters the explosion-proof air case pulse dust collector with the airflow to be collected, and is discharged into the coal powder bin through the dividing wheel.
4. The impurities in the raw coal, such as some coal gangue, metal blocks, etc., are removed from the grinding mill through the air ring and slag discharge port.
5. In the clean pulverized coal production line, the online analysis system of oxygen content is set up. When processing coal with high volatile content, safety measures such as nitrogen protection and CO2 automatic fire extinguishing system can be set up.
