Rock is the most important product in our company, with the increasing of market force and the request of customer progress. We not only need to improve the quality of rock crusher, but also want to decrease the wear and tear of it, but these factors are often restricting each other. So the crushing chamber is the main factor of it.
Thus one hand, we should optimize the design of crushing chamber to improve the capacity and the whole crushing ability, on the other hand, we should mastery the structure and the kind of crushing chamber, and choose the most suitable crushing chamber according to the project site and the requirement of the whole line.
The above form shows that the change of the structure and working parameters of the crushing cavity type influence the through put capacity. Each crushing chamber is corresponding the most suitable rotation speed of eccentric shaft. Too fast or slow are all not good for the crushing efficiency.
The crushing chambers not only influence the capacity, but also influence the final product size and the energy consumption. For example, the increase of parallel area is not good for increase the capacity. But this can increase the crushing times of the materials .thus to reduce the final products size.
Therefore, in the configuration of the whole crushing line, should consider the parameters of crushing cavity, chose the most suitable crushing chamber type according to the requirements of the customers’ demands. That is to say, the use of the crushing chamber structure parameters, working performance and materials phase with different type. Different crushing chamber type needs to use in different work conditions. Only in this way, you can achieve the production with large capacity, small particles size, and little wear and tear parts.
