1. Problem: The jaw plates shakes and there is clash sound
Reason: The jaw plates loosen and the set bolts loosen or fracture.
Solution: To solve this problem, operator should stop the jaw crusher, and knock the fixed wedge by a hammer and then tighten the set bolts or change the broken ones.
2. Problem: There is clash in the supporting pad of toggle plate
Reason: The pulling force of spring is not enough or damaged, making the supporting pad of toggle plate damage.
Solution: To solve this problem, we need to adjust the pulling force of spring or change a new spring and change the supporting pad or toggle plate.
3. Problem: There is impulsive sound in the head of tie rod
Reason: The eccentric shaft bushing wears.
Solution: Scrapping the bushing again or change the worn bushing.
4. Problem: The final products size increases

Reason: The tie rod or its spring damages.
Solution: Change the worn spare parts and install the toggle plate.
7. Problem: The main body does not work after power on.
Reason: The motor burns down or breaks or the belt is too loose.
Solution: Maintain the motor or tighten the belt.
