Artificial Sand Making Plant

Artificial sand is widely used in concrete industry, road construction, etc. As the field of industry application gradually expanded, the gradual application of natural sand work more and failed to keep pace with the various sectors of modern world development needs. For the most part, artificial sand is produced to meet the great needs. More advanced sand making machines have been invented to push forward human civilization.

The whole sand making line consists of vibrating feeder, sand making machine,  jaw crusher, vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyor, electric control system, etc. We design different production lines ranging 50 t/h to 500 t/h.

The artificial sand production line can be described as follows. The large size materials is transferred to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for primary crushing. Then the crushed materials whose size is greater than 40 mm are transferred to impact crusher or sand making machine by belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The supplies crushed might be transferred to the vibrating screen. The products with suitable dimension will likely be transferred to vertical shaft impact crusher. Soon after getting washed by sand washing machine, then clean last products will likely be discharged. The others with unsuitable size will be screened from vibrating screen, then is going to be transferred to the vsi crusher, this types a closed circuit manifold cycles. Sizes of final products will be in accordance with our customers' demands. If it can be the dry method, the classifier and deduster is going to be attached based on you requirement. This is the commonly used sand and gravel production line.
