Cone crusher is a kind of important crushing equipment with high crushing ratio and large capacity. It can be used to crush hard materials, widely applied in various industries. Quality Of Bushing Does Not Reach To Standard

The quality of bushing does not reach to standard, which lead to the bushing rubs the principal axis and the oil film gets damaged. In this case, the rotation of principal axis loses control and cone crusher speed too fast.

Improper Gap Between Bushing And Principal Axis

The gap between bushing and principal axis should not be too large or too small. If the gap is too large, the bushing and principal axis may collide, causing the lateral runout of mantle, and the cone crusher vibrates greatly. If the gap is too small, the lubrication oil in the contact position of bushing and principal axis will reduce or drain off, which may cause the too fast speed of cone crusher.

Maintenance Quality Of Bowl Liner Does Not Reach To Standard

While maintaining cone crusher, there is strict standard for the maintenance quality of bowl liner. For the bowl liner, generally, the 2/3 of the contact area of bearings should be in the outer side, the other 1/3 of the inner area may not contact with the bearings. After a while, make the bowl liner full contact the bearings evenly. If the contact is not evenly and fully, there might be too fast speed of cone crusher.

Overload Of Bushing

In the working process, if the bushing overloads because of the entering of uncrushable material (iron etc.), the zinc filled in the fixed bushing will drop. In this case, the bushing will move upwards and the gap between principal axis and bushing decreases, the principal axis will rotate fast along with the eccentric bushing. This will also cause too fast speed of cone crusher.

Lubrication System

Because the dust collecting device loses efficiency or not strictly sealed, some dust in the crushing cavity will enter the lubrication system, leading to the lubrication between spare parts not good and produce friction. The oil temperature in lubrication system keeps on increasing. When the temperature close to or above 55¡æ, the viscosity of oil will decrease. Then it cannot form oil film in the bowl liner, the cone crusher speed too fast.
